2b: Narrowing My Topic

Now that I have looked around a little and found that there is entirely too much information out there that I can go off of. I'm thinking I can steer clear of the climate change stuff, I would that's a whole other paper in itself. I'm leaving out the politics because I've never really gotten into it, besides everyone has an opinion on it, I don't think it's fact based enough for me. I want to talk about the people and how they have changed over the years as more of a social standpoint. Things like the women's movement, apartheid, Vietnam, technology in the 80s, and maybe try and throw in a little about music. Such as what was the number one song for that year, did they even have that back when. Spending more time researching the topic and maybe writing out an overview can help me narrow it down. I just don't want to narrow it down to far, as there are fifteen pages to write. I want to write my paper more as any overview of the years than really getting down into it. I feel writing that way I can get out more information and interesting facts than just writing about something such as women's change over the last 100 years.
